Enjoy this lip-smackingly good smoothie bowl in as little as 5 minutes! It’s a great way to start the day, a much needed mid-day pick-me-up or it could even be enjoyed as a tasty dessert. It's not only packed with goodness but is also an indulgent chocolatey treat.
- 2 large or 3 medium-sized frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 50g chopped Lily O’Brien’s Crunchy Salted Almond Chocolate discs (1 x share bag contains enough to make this plus some to snack on)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Melt the chocolate in a microwave in 20 second increments until just melted and leave for 5 minutes to cool.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Serve in a bowl and cover with your toppings of choice – simple as that!
