We have a variety of shipping options available to help you decide the most cost effective and suitable option for you. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched within 24hours Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays, stock allowing.
Orders placed after 11am Monday-Friday will be dispatched the following business day, stock allowing.
Please note: COURIERS SHIPPING TO THE UK MAY EXPERIENCE CUSTOMS DELAYS WHICH WILL EXTEND DELIVERY TIMELINES.
Delivery transit times are a guideline, while do our very best to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible sometimes unforeseen delays can be experienced due reasons beyond our control such as customs delays.

Please note:
- *Our business hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, orders placed outside of business hours, at the weekend or during bank holidays will not be dispatched / delivered until the next working day. Orders placed before 11am will be dispatched within 24hours, stock allowing.
- Delivery timelines are quoted as a guideline in working days and based on deliveries to major towns and cities. While we try our very best to ensure your chocolates reach their destination as quickly as possible certain remote areas may experience a slightly longer transit time.
- All delivery times are an approximate guideline and subject to customs clearance.
- Our Free Delivery option is available on orders over €50 / £45 shipping to one address. Orders shipping via our multiple delivery option can avail of Free Delivery when the value of the order shipping is €50 / £45 or over to each address.
Please note that we cannot accept delivery to PO box addresses and recipient telephone numbers must be supplied with each order
- If your destination includes a Hospital, Care Facility, Hotel or Office please include Room, Floor or Ward Numbers - any additional information which will help your chocolates reach their destination as quickly as possible.
- Please note that postal options are shipped at customer's own risk
- Lily O'Brien's reserves the right to alter its shipping rates at any time with increases in fuel surcharges or shipping rates by our shipping service providers
- Delivery charges do not include taxes and customs/duties where applicable. Customers are subject to customs charges upon receipt of delivery
