Cancellation / Returns Policy
At Lily O'Brien's we are committed to providing the highest levels of customer service and our online service is no exception:
We are committed to processing your orders as quickly as possible (and will notify you of any issues with your order as soon as possible once it has been placed) so that you are kept fully informed of how your order is progressing.
Automatic emails will be generated to update you on tracking numbers for orders being shipped by trackable post or courier, as well as status updates confirming when your order has been dispatched etc.
Order Cancellation / Returns Policy
We want you to be 100% satisfied with the products you receive and the service we provide, so if there is any issues with your order, then please do not hesitate to contact a member of our online sales team and we will be happy to rectify it as swiftly as possible. If you are unhappy with your order or wish to return it, you can return the order to us within 30 days providing the product has not been opened. Unfortunately any delivery costs incurred for returning an order cannot be reimbursed.
In order to assist us resolve any issues to your satisfaction we would request that customers contact us as swiftly as possible following order placement if you have any reason to cancel or change your order details.
Orders which have already been dispatched and are subsequently cancelled will be subject to any postage/product charges incurred as a result of this cancellation.
Our online store is open weekdays from 9am to 5.30pm and all queries will be dealt with during these periods. Inquiries can be directed by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone to +353 45486800. Our staff will do their very best to deal with your inquiry within 48 hours. Queries placed at weekends or during bank holidays in Ireland will be dealt with during the following working day in Ireland.
