By entering the ‘Treats and Wins’ Daily Christmas Giveaway and (or) the shopping trip prize draw, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and that they will apply to and govern your entry. All entrants, particularly the winners may be asked to take part in PR and advertising. This may include interviews and picture requests for media usage. Entrants may decline this request. By opting into receiving further information, you agree to being contacted from time to time with mailings, offers and emails from Lily's Ltd, however you have the right not to receive this information and can opt out of these communications by using the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any Lily O’Brien’s email. We will never share your data with 3rd parties other than for administering the prizes. The Lily O’Brien’s ‘Treats and Wins’ Daily Christmas Giveaway, is open to all Republic of Ireland and UK residents aged 18 or over only. Employees of Lily O'Brien's and anyone directly connected with the planning or administration of the giveaway and prize draw are not eligible to enter. The entry instructions form part of the rules. By entering, entrants agree to accept and be bound by the rules. The draws are random and no correspondence will be entered into. Shopping trip prize draw terms
You will be automatically entered into the shopping trip prize draw, if you make a purchase on the Lily O’Brien’s website from Wednesday 1st November at 12.00pm to Sunday 31st December at midnight, 2023 when you spend a minimum of £50.00/€55.00.
Entrants must spend a minimum of £50.00/€55.00 per transaction, You may enter more than once, 1 entry per qualifying transaction. If you do not want to be entered into the prize draw, please contact our customer services team at either weborders@lilyobriens.ie or telephone +353 45 486800. Calls will be charged and the rate may vary depending on where you are calling from. You will not be eligible to enter the prize draw if you subsequently receive a refund from Lily O’Brien’s in respect of any products you purchased during the entry period (unless you subsequently enter the prize draw again in accordance with these terms and conditions).
The prize draw winner will be notified by email. The winner must contact Lily O’Brien’s to accept the prize within 7 days of being contacted by Lily O’Brien’s. Otherwise, the prize will be drawn again and allocated to another winner, the same terms then apply again, until a winner is confirmed. The prize draw will run from Wednesday 1st November at 12.00noon to Sunday 31st December at midnight, 2023. The winner agrees that their contact information can be supplied to Lily O’Brien’s and companies who will make arrangements for the prize to be booked on the winner’s behalf. We will only contact the allocated winner when Lily O’Brien’s has received confirmation of prize acceptance from the winner.
Information requested to administer the prize must be supplied upon request at least 14 days (inclusive of weekends) before the booking date can be arranged to avoid disappointment. The winner will be asked for a selection of their dates of preferred travel based on the terms set out. Lily O'Brien’s and travel agent will not be responsible for any communications or technical failure, or email spam filter issues, regarding any contact with the winner. Should the winner’s preferred dates for travel not be available, the winner will be offered alternatives.
The prize is for 2 people and the winner must travel in the party. You must be over 18 years or over to enter. One of the party traveling must be over 18. The winner will be drawn at random and informed by Wed 31st January 2024.
The dates for travel must be booked in 2024 and between 19th February and the 30th September.
The following blackout dates are excluded: 8th March-18th March and 27th- March 9th April. The final decision on dates will be made by the travel agent administering the prize. Winner will receive a citybreak comprising of, two night’s accommodation for 2 people in a 4 star or above hotel, inclusive of breakfast (subject to availability) from a choice of 4 cities ‘Liverpool’, ‘London’, ‘Birmingham’ or ‘Dublin’. Afternoon tea will also be provided at a recommend venue, subject to availability. Prize pot is upto £1000 to be spent on the trip, with no cash alternative for any shortfall. Dinner on one of the 2 nights, may be included if budget allows. The Travel agent will work with the winner to create the trip.
A choice of shopping voucher of £200 or €250 for either of the following venues, depending on chosen city. John Lewis, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols or Brown Thomas, on top of the citybreak booking allowance.
Travel
Travel to the city of choice and any insurances are not included, this is the winner’s responsibility and Lily O’ Brien’s and the travel agent cannot be held responsible for any travel disruptions, delays, cancellations, strikes, missed departures or missed events/stay. The winner is responsible for ensuring him, her, them and the person they’re travelling with have a valid passport where required, correct documentation (including travel insurance) for their trip.
If any part of the prize is not available due to cancellation or other unforeseen circumstances (where changes are possible, at the promotors discretion, where no additional costs are incurred by Lily O’Brien’s or the travel agent), then a suitable alternative shall be given. After that the winners travel insurance should cover any loses.
Once confirmed, name changes or date changes are not permitted. The prize is non-transferable, and a cash alternative will ‘not’ be given. The accommodation part of the prize will be sourced by ‘Not Just Travel’ ABTA bonding (NO. ABTA No. K9413. <http://www.abta.com>). Prize is subject to availability. Total prize package will not exceed £1,200.00 or equivalent in €’s
Purchases required to be entered into the prize draw that are not completed before the closing date or due to technical errors will not be accepted. This includes a communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion, inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof through dial up, mobile phone, broadband, mobile internet or WAP connections.
