Workplace Bestie Treat Drop Giveaway, Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Lily ’s Ltd, Green Road, Newbridge, Co. Kildare, W12 D424, Ireland (“Promoter”).
2. The Promotion
The Promotion is a workplace nomination giveaway called “Workplace Bestie – Treat Drop Giveaway” (“Promotion”).
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens on 21 April 2026 and closes on 30 June 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
The Promoter’s computer system will be the official timekeeper.
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) and Republic of Ireland (ROI) aged 18 or over, who are currently in employment at the time of entry.
Employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion (including agencies involved in its administration) are not eligible to enter.
Internet access and a valid email address are required.
5. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
To enter, complete the nomination form via the Promotion landing page hosted on Woobox (“Entry Form”) during the Promotion Period.
A valid entry must include, at minimum: name, email address, workplace/company name, workplace location, approx. team/office size, and a completed nomination response.
Entrants may optionally include the name of a “workplace bestie”. This is optional and is not required for entry.
6. Entry limits and disqualification
One entry per person per week during the Promotion Period.
A person may enter again in subsequent weeks, provided they comply with these terms.
A maximum of one Prize per person across the entire Promotion Period. If a previous winner is selected again, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.
Entries submitted using multiple identities, automated methods, scripts, bots or bulk-entry services may be disqualified.
Entries containing defamatory, obscene, offensive, illegal or inappropriate content may be disqualified.
Entrants using email addresses from any of the following domains will not be eligible to win and may be excluded from the draw:

7. The Prize
Each weekly winner will receive a Lily O’Brien’s Workplace Treat Drop delivered to the winner’s workplace (“Prize”).
The Treat Drop will consist of a selection of Lily O’Brien’s chocolates to be shared at the workplace. The exact contents are at the Promoter’s discretion and subject to availability.
The Prize is intended for a workplace of up to 100 people (based on the approximate team/office size provided at entry).
Where an entrant has named a “workplace bestie”, the Promoter may include an additional item for that person at the Promoter’s discretion (“Bestie Add-on”). The Bestie Add-on is optional and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
No cash alternative is available. The Promoter may substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.
8. Winner selection (weekly random draw)
One winner will be selected at random each week from all valid entries received during that week of the Promotion Period (“Weekly Draw”).
Weekly draws will run from 21 April 2026 to 30 June 2026, inclusive. The final draw will include all valid entries received up to the closing date.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Winner notification and claiming the Prize
Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the Entry Form within a reasonable period after each Weekly Draw.
Winners must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance and provide the required delivery details. If a winner does not respond in time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by random draw.
To arrange delivery, the winner must provide a valid delivery address for the workplace and any information reasonably required for courier delivery (including a contact name and phone number).
The Promoter is not responsible for Prizes not delivered due to incomplete, incorrect, or outdated details provided by the winner.
10. Delivery
The Prize will be delivered within 28 days of the winner confirming delivery details.
Delivery will be made to one workplace address in the UK or ROI.
The winner is responsible for ensuring their workplace can accept delivery (including any internal policies regarding deliveries, gifts, and sharing food).
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from receiving a Prize.
11. Publicity
Winners may be invited (but are not required) to take part in reasonable publicity related to the Promotion (e.g., providing a quote and/or photo of the workplace treat drop).
Winners may decline any publicity request.
If a winner provides photos or videos that include other people, the winner must have the permission of those people (and, where relevant, the photographer) before providing the content to the Promoter for use.
12. Data protection and marketing
The Promoter will use personal data submitted in connection with the Promotion to administer entries, select winners, contact winners, and arrange delivery of Prizes.
If an entrant opts in to marketing communications, they agree to receive updates from Lily O’Brien’s from time to time. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in emails.
Personal data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary to administer the Promotion and deliver the Prize (e.g., fulfilment partners/couriers).

13. Liability
The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received due to technical, network, server, hardware or software failures of any kind.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. General
The Promoter may cancel, amend, withdraw, or suspend the Promotion (and/or these terms) where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or to prevent fraud/abuse.
If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will continue in full force.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that entrants resident in the UK may bring proceedings in the UK courts where applicable consumer protection laws apply.
15. Winner information
A winners list (surname initial and county/region only) may be available on request for 30 days after the Promotion ends. Requests should be sent to the Promoter at the address above.
